Our in-house apprentice recruitment team manage the full recruitment process. We create a tailored job description and advertise the vacancy on targeted apprenticeship job boards. We’ll carry out eligibility checks and prepare applicants ready for you to interview.

You can trust us with your tech training. Intequal's Technical Trainers have years of experience working with the technologies and concepts that they teach. They draw on their real-life practice to invigorate each training session, always linking work back to your learner’s role.

Learners also have a Pathway Planner for coaching and mentoring. They help with any learner needs and support line managers to balance apprenticeship training with workplace activities.
