Mental Health Support

Hub of Hope  Mental Health Support Network provided by Chasing the Stigma | Hub of hope The Hub of Hope is the world’s first of its kind mental health database bringing grassroots and national mental health services together in one place for the first time ever. Using the location of web browser or mobile devices, the cloud-based web application allows anyone, anywhere to find the nearest source of support for any mental health issue, from depression and anxiety to PTSD and suicidal thoughts, as well as providing a ‘talk now’ button connecting users directly to the Samaritans. The Hub of Hope is for everyone and anyone. We all have mental health, so we all need to know the routes to support. The Hub of Hope is not restricted by age or gender.



Apprenticeship Oyster Card If you’re 18, or over, live in a London borough and are in the first year of an approved apprenticeship, you may be eligible for an Apprentice Oyster photocard.



Childcare Costs # Apprentices paying for childcare should be eligible for full help with childcare costs, based on the £95/week minimum wage for apprentices:
Tax Benefits  If the apprentice has been unemployed and/or claiming benefits for at least 26 weeks prior to gaining apprenticeship employment, they may be eligible for a Job Grant – a one-off payment of either £100 for single people and couples without children or £250 for lone parents and couples with children. They must apply within 21 days of gaining employment to be eligible The National Association of Family Information Services (NAFIS) is a registered charity that supports, links and promotes Family Information Services (FIS) in Great Britain. They can provide details of free nursery education providers in your area
