Arevika upskills to become a Marketing Guru
Arevika first began the Digital Marketing apprenticeship programme having been offered
an opportunity to upskill in her role of a Development Co-ordinator. She told us, “I said Yes absolutely. I’ve always been very passionate about developing new skills; this was a perfect opportunity”.
How did your academic choices influence your current career pathway? “Academically,”
Inushka said “I experienced some real highs and lows during my schooling.” After attaining reasonable GCSE’S, Inushka took the initiative to secure a part-time job at the Halifax bank.
“The first tier role, where the apprentice begins, provides a rich environment to gain lots of early career experience. Managed service customers
all have different estates, some using legacy technology and some rapidly changing and
evolving to adapt to today’s use of technology.”
