About the Team
Our structure consists of sales, marketing, delivery and operations covering finance, contracts & data fulfilment of contracts.
Our Delivery Team consists of Pathway Planners (PPs) & trainers who are all DBS checked. PPs are qualified IT specialists in the new apprentice standards, working as coaches & mentors with the apprentice to ensure successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Our Sales Team proactively engages with employers to explain apprenticeships, the new apprentice standards & how they are delivered. They work closely with the Pathway Planner ensuring programmes meet employer needs with any additional or specific requirements peculiar to the job role. They help the employer create a job description for the apprenticeship. Our recruiters advertise jobs using various job sites (E.g. NAS, Indeed, Total Jobs, etc), social media & young people’s organisations. They advertise the vacancy within 10 miles of the employer. Applicants have suitability checks including interest in the role & meet the funding rules requirements. Shortlisted candidates are set tasks to complete, interviewed then referred to the employer.
Our Operations Team work with the employer & learner engagement teams ensuring all candidates meet funding requirements assuring fulfilment of levy & non-levy payer’s contracts.
